NO I AM NOT HITTING MRS P. WITH A MOUSE!!
The angle of the picture makes it look like I slapped Mrs. P. across the face with A mouse, but I was holding it above her to make sure she got its attention.
So I found this picture, sadly after i uploaded the other one, of me feeding Mrs. P. myself, as the last picture showed her with the mouse in her mouth. Mrs. P. lives at ARC (Aviation Reconditioning Center) due to being illegally kept by humans (She was found at the age of 2 weeks), and being imprinted. She was never even able to do correct barred owl calls, she can only do her "mews" of a very young chick.
